Compensation & Benefits:
$390,890annual compensation for beeper call positions (1099)
$320,000 annual compensation (W-2)
$45,000 signing bonus (W-2)
$4,000 CMEallowance annually (W-2)
Additional money for relocation and loan forgiveness (W-2)
Premium pay offered for unscheduled shifts
8 weeks time off
Malpractice coverage provided (W-2)
Local apartment available at no chargefor non-local residents
New grad stipend to be paid in last two years of training.
Practice Highlights:
Call is 1:10 with pre and post-call day off
Cases include general surgery, ortho, GI, urology, ENT, cardiac, neuro, and OB
