Shifts: Optional extra shifts available at nearby EAM facilities for additional income.
Call: Reasonable call schedule - 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post-call day off.
Case Types: Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General, Radiology, GI/Urology and Orthopedics. No cardiac, neuro, or transplants.
Staffing Grid: 6 CRNAs and 1 in-house MD (12-hour shifts, 24-hour coverage). 8 total CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists working in a supportive, professional environment.
Job Summary:
New grads welcome! This position offers mentorship and onboarding support and encouragement for full-scope practice. Supportive leadership from corporate clinical directors is offered and there is access to group benefits via preferred partnership. Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Louisiana.
No minimum experience needed,new grads are welcome! Proficiency in Peds, OB, ENT, general, radiology, GI/Urology and ortho preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric
settings)
