Requirements<\/h3>â Current certification as a
CRNA<\/i> by the National Board on Certification and Re -Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).<\/b>
<\/div>â Valid, unrestricted
RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)<\/b>
<\/div>â
Minimum <\/i>of 0 -1 years of
experience<\/b> as a CRNA, with proficiency<\/i> in various case types.
<\/div>â Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
<\/div>
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
<\/div>
â Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
<\/div>
â BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.<\/b>
<\/div>â Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB, but training is offered by the facility.
