Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD
Call: Call Required, 1:6 ratio
Case Types: Orthopedic (general and total joints), General (wide variety), Gastro/Endo, GYN, OB (25-30/month), Urology, and Podiatry. Low OB volume at 21 births per month.
Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility will train
Supervision Model: Autonomous

Job Summary:
We are seeking a service-oriented, independent-minded CRNA to join our CRNA-only team in Enid, OK. Work alongside a stable, tenured group of CRNAs in a collaborative, low-stress environment where you’ll enjoy a broad case mix and practice to the full scope of your license. This 1099 opportunity offers $316,500 annually, 8 weeks off, post-call days off, and a light 1:6 call schedule, allowing for a manageable pace and strong work-life balance. You’ll work independently on a diverse range of cases. New grads are welcome to apply. Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 1-3 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, gastro, endo and OB/GYN cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Regional proficiency is preferred.
