Staffing Grid: CRNA-only model - 2 CRNAs on-site daily (plus 1 part-time CRNA)
Job Summary:
A facility in Texarkana is seeking a skilled and independent CRNA to join its CRNA-only team in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, no call, and frequent early-outs, all while practicing full-scope anesthesia, including your own blocks. Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 1-3 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, orthopedic, GI, urology, ENT, Ophthalmology and cosmetic cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
BLS and ACLScertifications are required.
Must be comfortable working independently and performing your own blocks.
