The Culinary Services Manager is responsible for leading the Culinary Services team members towards client satisfaction with food quality and meal service. This position does require a current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification. Day shift, Monday thru Friday. Free CEUs Career Growth & Advancement Leadership Development Program Culinary Services Manager qualifications include: Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification 3 years of experience as Culinary Services/Dietary Manager 2 years of experience working in health care setting Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred Strong knowledge of compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements Genuine passion for working with elders Strong team work and leadership skills Experience managing budgets and supply management to ensure optimal operational performance Ability to develop effective working relationships across all departments Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Ability to develop team members through training, coaching and mentoring A.G.
