The Culinary Services Manager is responsible for leading the Culinary Services team members towards client satisfaction with food quality and meal service. This position does require a current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification. Day shift, Monday thru Friday.

Culinary Services Manager qualifications include:

• Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
• 3 years of experience as Culinary Services/Dietary Manager
• 2 years of experience working in a health care setting
• Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
• Experience working in a person-directed care community preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets and supply management to ensure optimal operational performance
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across all departments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring
