FULL-TIME CUSTODIAN - 12-month position with benefits
- High school diploma or equivalent training/experience.
- Flexible schedule
- Custodial Experience
- Holds a current State of NJ Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler License or can secure a license within the first 12 months of employment.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Demonstrates knowledge of fire/safety laws and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Familiar with floor cleaning equipment, HVAC systems, hand tools, etc.
- Driver's license required
- Self-motivated
Criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship

Starting Salary: $47,549, negotiable depending on experience.
