The School District of Wausaukee is hiring a full-time custodian for the Building and Grounds Department. The ideal candidate should be an open communicator who fosters cooperation and organization to achieve goals. On-site training will be provided.
What We're Looking For:
Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and be flexible
Knowledgeable in standard cleaning practices and techniques
Comfortable working in high-volume, public-contact environments
Capable of lifting over 50 pounds
Proficient in operating cleaning equipment
What You Need to Know:
Working hours:
During School Year: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Summer Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Base wage: $17.83 per hour
Additional $0.25 incentive for shifts starting 2:00 PM or later
