As a supervisor, you will coach associates, ensure efficient transaction execution, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include training staff on service standards, inventory accuracy, cash processes, and merchandising, as well as monitoring store operations to meet goals.
You will model integrity, teamwork, and customer focus, support operational standards, prevent loss, and utilize KPIs to drive results.
Additional duties include opening/closing store procedures, maintaining safety policies, and other assigned tasks.
Required skills include at least 18 years old, supervisory experience, strong communication, and flexible availability. Preferred candidates have 2+ years retail experience.
