As a Direct Support Provider, you'll play a vital role in fostering independence and community involvement for the people you support. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, encouraging new experiences, or simply being a compassionate presence, your work helps transform lives. We offer flexible hours with full-time and part-time positions available across day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Provide respectful, person-centered support in clients' homes
Assist with daily living tasks tailored to individual needs and goals
Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members
Support safety and well-being through thoughtful, attentive care
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Physically able to assist with lifting up to 75 lbs, with support
A safe, responsible driver with a valid license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Willing to complete background and abuse record checks
Compassionate, patient, and motivated to help others reach their potential
