Position Title Full-Time Dishroom Lead - Student Dining Job Description

• Dishroom Lead must direct staff as well as work alongside employees in the dishroom.
• Operate equipment responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, pots and pans.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, monitoring safety guidelines.
• Must stay till the end of shift to complete clean up.

Required Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work with others.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and management.
• Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.

Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands

• Bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
• Tolerance to extreme heat and humidity, working in and around kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. continually.
