Job Description: We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating operations, communicating with drivers/field staff, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to service requests
Dispatch drivers or personnel in an efficient and timely manner
Monitor schedules and track job progress
Maintain accurate logs and records
Communicate clearly with team members and customers
Handle issues or delays professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Prior dispatch or customer service experience preferred (not required)
