Full Time Drywall Stocker

Overview

The Drywall Stocker moves merchandise from the stockroom to appropriate floor location and insures shelves and pegs are fully stocked, well organized, clean, faced, tagged and signed. This role involves receiving drywall at the stores, assisting with delivery to jobstites, answer basic customer questions while on the floor, may assist in transporting purchases to customer vehicles, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Place merchandise on store shelves, pegs and overstock in stockroom.

Answer basic customer questions while on the floor.

Assist in setting up or reorganizing product displays.

Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.

Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions; deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
