Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a high-acuity setting
Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced clinical interventions
Collaborate with physicians, trauma teams, and interdisciplinary staff
Perform rapid patient assessments and document accurate clinical findings
Respond effectively to critical situations, including trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies
Utilize evidence-based practices to support patient stabilization and treatment
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
Education and Certification Requirements:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
BLS Basic Life Support
ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course
Previous emergency department or critical care experience strongly preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Ability to quickly adapt in high-pressure or rapidly changing patient situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
