You’ll work directly with an independent Operator in a fast-paced, food-safe, and purpose-driven kitchen environment.

Schedule:

• Required Availability: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Saturday
• Team Members will work 5 days a week, with a minimum of 32 hours guaranteed per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures with consistency
• Maintain all Food Safety standards and procedures
• Stay up to date with new menu items and processes
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Execute prep and production with speed and quality
• Complete assigned daily and weekly tasks
• Work as a team to ensure food is hot, fresh, and served fast
• Support, encourage, and communicate well with fellow team members
• Be familiar with duties at all kitchen stations
