Traveling Cleaner at Marsden
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 1:30 am
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Description:
This dynamic, highly physical role requires reliable transportation and excellent attendance to travel as needed to cover staff taking PTO or FMLA. The ideal candidate will learn multiple cleaning accounts and routines, communicating effectively via speech, reading, writing, and two-way radio. Strong flexibility is required for shifting schedules, as weekend work may be requested occasionally, and shift start times vary; while some accounts begin at 5:00 PM, others start at 4:00 PM, and a mandatory 2:30 PM start is required for specific locations. To ensure strict daily quality standards under close customer visibility, this lead position also involves coaching and training general cleaners.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and current car insurance
Reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable driving in winter conditions
Pre-employment drug screen required
THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Willing to consent to a background check
Must be at least 18 years old
Basic English proficiency required for safety
