The Vitamins Associate provides customer service and product support within the store’s supplements, vitamins, and cosmetics department. This position assists with receiving and checking in merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming department. The role requires availability to work evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ensures customer care and selling are the priority
- Possesses knowledge of the store, services and location of merchandise
- Checks discounted clearance merchandise weekly and ensure that items are properly ticketed
- Must be flexible and able to be multi-tasking balancing different customers at the same time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Demonstrate good verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn different products within the store
