Position Overview

• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care across all ages• EPIC EMR with strong clinical and administrative support• Dedicated MA and care team model• Shared phone-only call rotation• Integrated referral network within the health system• Opportunity to incorporate procedures or special clinical interests
