Position Details
- Position: Full-Time Female Personal Trainer
- Location: Workout Anytime Lanham
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (daytime availability required)
- Hours: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Create customized workout programs for clients.
- Motivate and support members in reaching their fitness goals.
- Perform fitness assessments and track client progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.
- Build relationships with members and help grow the personal training program.
- Assist with member orientations and promote training services.
Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent preferred).
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels.
- Previous personal training experience is preferred but not required.
