Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse located at 17600 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68130.  The Lighthouse has 54 skilled nursing and long-term care suites. Minimum age of 18 is required.

 

Schedule will be Sunday through Thursday 10:30am-7:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays off. Holidays will be required if they are on regularly scheduled days.

 

This position will pay up to $18.31/hour (straight pay/no tips) plus $1,000 Hiring Bonus (conditions apply)*.  Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents’ needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

 

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience above the level of fast food/quick service is required.

Minimum age of 18 years old required.
