Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator
Full-Time – Oklahoma City, OK
Pahl Pharmaceutical Professionals is a leading mental health, addiction treatment, and clinical research practice in Oklahoma City. Our team is focused on improving lives in our community while maintaining a supportive and professional work environment.
We are seeking a reliable, organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team who is looking for a long term position. This position plays a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients for appointments
- Schedule and confirm patient visits
- Answer a multi-line phone system and patient texts
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Assist with patient rooming and vitals when needed
- Maintain organized and professional front desk operations
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
- Experience scheduling appointments preferred
- Comfortable discussing and collecting payment for services
- Experience with multi-line phones and computer systems
- Reliable and punctual
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical office experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
