Who we are: BoBo’s Cafe
In 1949, Paul “Bo” Bernardi was the man to see for a fresh hot cup of coffee. He was passionate about the brew he served his customers who would come for the quality coffee and stay for the community, conversations and culture. His devotion to curating a quality product that passed on through generations – fast forward to 2015 his son and grandsons were inspired to pick up the baton and open BoBo’s Cafe. Since the opening in 2015, Craig, Glen and Mr. B expanded beyond coffee creating an all-encompassing menu. A fresh trendy menu that pushes the boundaries and appeals to the masses. Along with the menu expansion, we continue on our grandfather's mission in hospitality and seek to develop personal relationships within the communities we serve.
BoBo’s exists to create a safe place within the community that facilitates positive human interactions (build relationships, network and feel connected) – we happen to have great food and coffee.
BoBo’s is a place where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We currently have four locations in New York (Somers, Baldwin Place, and Chappaqua) and one location in Connecticut (Ridgefield). We are also looking to open up more locations in the future.
