Position Overview
We are currently seeking three Full-Time Front of House Team Members to join our morning team. This opportunity is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy starting the day early, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing exceptional customer service. Team members in this role help create a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for every guest.
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM
- Saturday availability is required
- Closed every Sunday, providing a guaranteed day off each week
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare beverages and assist with food delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace and front counter
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide fast and accurate service
- Follow all food safety and operational procedures
- Represent the organization through professionalism and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age or meet local employment requirements
