Burn Boot Camp is looking for an energetic, passionate Full-Time Group Fitness Trainer to join our coaching team. If you love fitness, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.


This is more than just coaching workouts. You'll play a key role in helping members achieve life-changing results while creating an incredible community inside our gym.

What You'll Do

• Coach a minimum of 20 high-energy group fitness camps each week
• Conduct one-on-one goal strategy sessions with members
• Follow up with prospective members and leads
• Build lasting relationships that improve member success and retention
• Create engaging social media content
• Help maintain a clean, organized facility
• Support community events and member engagement
• Deliver an exceptional Burn Boot Camp experience every day

What We're Looking For

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Positive, energetic, and dependable
• Passion for helping others succeed
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable coaching groups of all fitness levels
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays
