GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME

The Midtown Tulsa Nothing Bundt Cakes location is open Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, Saturdays from 10AM to 6PM and Sundays from 11AM to 4PM. We are in the Highland Plaza Shopping Center at 5501 E. 41st Street, Tulsa OK 74135.

• Please note that this is for a Full Time position at the Midtown Tulsa location. *

Education and Work Requirements:

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience necessary. We will train on site.
• Previous experience in a retail, bakery or restaurant setting is a plus.
• Must obtain a food handlers permit prior to your first day of employment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet walk-in and over-the-phone guests with genuine, helpful enthusiasm to determine their needs.
• Maintain a strong product knowledge to assist guests: sizing, flavors, pricing, special promotions, etc.
• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
• Uphold a clean, organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning.
• Restock retail merchandise and the cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation.
• Assist the Crafter in preparation of cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Work Availability:

• Must be available to work 32-40 hours a week with various shifts Monday-Sunday. (Full Time)
• Must be available to work various weekday shifts between 8:30AM and 7:00PM.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturday shifts a month between 9:30AM and 6:00PM.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Sunday shifts a month between 10:30AM and 4:00PM.
• Must be able to work additional hours during the holiday season as needed: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Has strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, and can communicate well with others.
• Enjoys interacting with people to provide superior customer service.
• Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously while still being able to pay attention to detail.
• Is organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Understands basic math when needed and can provide monetary change using U.S. currency.
• Has the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Has the ability to assist customers over the phone.
• Has the ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Has the ability to lift moderate to heavy items (up to 35lbs) if needed.
