We’re looking for a skilled full-time HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our field operations and support both installations and service calls.

We’re looking for a skilled full-time HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our field operations and support both installations and service calls.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded HVAC professional who takes pride in clean installs, accurate diagnostics, and providing a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
- Perform equipment change-outs and full system installations
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues
- Participate in an on-call rotation one week per month for after-hours service calls
- Follow all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, dispatch, and team members
- Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification (required)
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and confined spaces
