We’re looking for a skilled full-time HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our field operations and support both installations and service calls.


This role is ideal for a well-rounded HVAC professional who takes pride in clean installs, accurate diagnostics, and providing a great customer experience.


Responsibilities


  • Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems

  • Perform equipment change-outs and full system installations

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

  • Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues

  • Participate in an on-call rotation one week per month for after-hours service calls

  • Follow all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, dispatch, and team members

  • Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times

Requirements


  • 2+ years of residential HVAC installation and/or service experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • EPA Certification (required)

  • Own basic hand tools

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and confined spaces
