This is a full-time position. Insurance license will be required, either 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20. Workdays will be in our Wesley Chapel location, on SR 56. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Monday through Friday. No nights, weekends or after hours required.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
Focus on the servicing and retention of our existing auto and homeowners insurance clients
Support the sales efforts of your team members
Process payments and endorsements on policies
Complete insurance reviews
Maintain customer files
Handle inbound phone inquiries and make outbound calls to complete tasks.
Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
At least one year of prior customer service experience required.
4-40 Insurance license is required (weekend course), 20-44 and 2-20 also accepted
Strong communication skills, in both email and verbally
Must be tech savvy & coachable
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Data entry and typing skills
Pleasant demeanor with a passion for helping people.
