Our team is eclectic, curious, and service-obsessed-we believe great client relationships are as important as great jewelry.The RoleWe're seeking an outgoing, hands-on Full-time Key Holder to join the Ardmore team. You'll set the tone on the sales floor, provide exceptional client service, drive sales through smart merchandising, and keep operations humming, from opening/closing to marketing.What You'll DoLead the floor: Model warm, proactive service; build long-term client relationships; resolve issues with empathy.Drive results: Own KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV, sales per labor hour); match labor to traffic; execute clienteling and outreach.Merchandise with intent: Keep cases pristine and stories cohesive; maintain visual standards; support trunk shows and events.Operate flawlessly: Open/close, cash handling, returns/exchanges, repairs/special orders, loss prevention, and BOH organization.Product expertise: Champion artist stories, materials, and care-train the team to speak confidently about each collection.What You BringExperience: 1 year of retail management (specialty/boutique or jewelry a plus).Service mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure.Sales leadership: History of meeting/exceeding goals; creatively activating the floor to drive results.Merchandising eye: Strong visual sense and the discipline to maintain standards.Operational rigor: Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent follow-through.Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and peak seasons; must be available a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday per month.Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)Hourly pay 15+ based on experience Medical coveragePaid Vacation, Holidays, and Personal DaysBereavement leaveGenerous employee discountAdditional performance bonuses for top resultsPhysical & Other RequirementsStand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs; bend/reach to stock and clean cases.Comfortable using POS/scheduling systems and basic spreadsheets.Reliable, punctual, and able to handle keys/cash per policy.
