Working directly with a local Owner-Operator and leadership team, Kitchen Team Members receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real opportunities to grow within the restaurant.

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food with speed, accuracy, and care while meeting Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards
- Work across multiple kitchen stations including breading, fries, boards, food prep, and assembling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures consistently
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership
- Stay current on menu items, procedures, and training expectations
- Support fellow team members to meet daily goals and serve guests well
- Uphold Chick-fil-A Lincoln Park policies, standards, and dress code
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing great work
- Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends (school friendly)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–55 lbs as needed
- Desire to grow, improve, and be part of something bigger than a job
