Full-Time Lead CT Technologist - Near Indio, CA

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is proud to partner with a highly respected imaging center in Indio, CA to find a skilled and motivated Lead CT Technologist. This full-time leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to the delivery of exceptional diagnostic imaging services.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage daily CT department operations in a high-volume imaging center

• Oversee and train technologists, conduct interviews, assist with hiring, and perform skill evaluations

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Center Manager on protocol review and development

• Serve as the staff expert in advanced CT scanning, including cardiac CT (preferred)

• Coordinate vendor maintenance and repair for all CT imaging equipment

• Ensure compliance with ACR Accreditation and quality assurance standards

• Develop and maintain effective staff scheduling and workflow processes

• Assist in ongoing staff evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative team environment

• Perform high-level CT procedures with proficiency and accuracy using Siemens equipment (Philips experience a plus)

Qualifications:

• CT Certification (ARRT) – Required

• BCLS Certification – Required

• California IV Certification – Required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume CT environment

• Proficiency in cardiac CT and advanced imaging techniques preferred

• Prior experience with ACR Accreditation and protocol development

• Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and communication skills

• Experience with Siemens CT scanners required; Philips experience preferred

• Proven ability to train and mentor new technologists
