Van Dyk Park Place Assisted Living Community in Hawthorne, NJ, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. Pay rate: $38 per hour.

Available Shifts:
Full-time 6:00 a.m.2:00 p.m. Everyother weekend is required.
\Qualifications and Experience
- Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Assisted living or skilled nursing experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Management, administrative, or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and assisted living regulations
- Strong judgment, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care and support to residents in accordance with individual service plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards, company policies, and established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, the Director of Nursing, and team members regarding resident care needs, changes in condition, and follow-up.
- Complete charting, reports, medical forms, medication records, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise and support Caregivers while promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
- Apply sound nursing judgment and help uphold established nursing objectives, standards, and procedures.
