We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and established clinical standards.
Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
Administer medications and treatments as authorized and within scope of practice.
Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, wound care, specimen collection, and other routine clinical procedures.
Support patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Educate patients and families on care instructions, health maintenance, and follow-up needs as directed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and escalate concerns when needed.
Qualifications
Current licensure as a practical nurse in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a patient-focused setting.
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety practices.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient needs.
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical care.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting.
Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
Experience supporting patients with chronic conditions or complex care needs.
