This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes while working as part of a strong team.This is a full-time position eligible for company benefits, including health, dental, and 401(k) participation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and timing guidelines.Set up, stock, and maintain cleanliness of assigned station before, during, and after each shift.Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist with prep work, portioning, and labeling as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow cooks, servers, and kitchen management.Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation for every dish served.Support opening and closing kitchen duties, including restocking and cleaning equipment.Follow all safety procedures and report any issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.QualificationsMinimum 18 years of age1–2+ years of line cook experience required in a full-service or high-volume kitchen environmentStrong working knowledge of food preparation techniques and commercial kitchen equipmentServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork, communication, and time-management skillsAvailability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsSchedule & CompensationSchedule: Full-time; nights, weekends, and holidays requiredPay Range: $20–$25 per hour, based on experienceWorking EnvironmentFast-paced commercial kitchen, requiring standing for extended periods, exposure to heat, and frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
