NY Clark is currently hiring an Entry-Level Management Associate to support our retail sales and customer engagement program representing AT&T Wireless in the Yonkers, NY area.

\n

\n

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want to build experience in retail sales, customer service, wireless products, and leadership development. Team members work directly with customers inside retail locations, helping them understand AT&T wireless products, services, promotions, and available options.

\n

\n

No prior wireless or management experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you learn the program, strengthen your sales and communication skills, and develop toward future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do

\n

• \n
• Represent AT&T Wireless inside retail store locations
• \n
• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations
• \n
• Educate customers on wireless products, services, plans, and current promotions
• \n
• Answer customer questions and help identify options based on their needs
• \n
• Support customer acquisition and retail sales goals
• \n
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• \n
• Learn sales techniques, campaign operations, and performance tracking
• \n
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
• \n
• Assist with coaching and supporting newer team members as you progress
• \n
