Responsibilities:

• Expertly cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist customers with their meat selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure all meat products are properly labeled and displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in meat cutting and preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a meat cutter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to operate meat cutting equipment and tools safely.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in meat cutting is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
