Full-Time Med-Surg Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -  Ozark, AL

Job Description:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit

• Monitor vital signs and assist with treatments and procedures

• Administer medications and injections as directed by supervising RN or physician

• Document patient information accurately in charts and electronic medical records

• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and overall comfort

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Support the Med-Surg team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Alabama (or compact state eligibility)

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) – Required

• One year of recent Medical-Surgical experience – Preferred
