Job Description:
As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy according to established protocols
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, documenting changes in medical records
• Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Educating patients and families on care plans, procedures, and disease management
• Ensuring compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital policies
• Supporting new grad nurses with mentorship and hands-on guidance

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
