We are a large, fast-paced podiatry practice with multiple physicians and four convenient office locations, committed to delivering exceptional care and service. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic clinical team.


  •   Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (required)
  •   Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar EMR systems (preferred)
  •   Proven ability to manage 20+ patients/day in a busy clinical environment
  •   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •   Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
  •   Orthopedic or podiatry experience a strong plus
  •   Knowledge of foot and ankle care is highly preferred
  •   Proficient in clinical charting and documentation 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures

  • Accurately chart and update Electronic Health Records (EHR)

  • Provide compassionate, professional care to all patients

  • Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations

  • Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume setting
