- 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Position Overview
We are a busy outpatient physical therapy private practice seeking a
full-time Front Desk / Receptionist, if candidate can speak mandarin is preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars
- Verify and inquire about insurance benefits
- Answer phone calls and respond to all communication channels used by the company
- Organize and maintain patient files and records
- Assist with insurance billing-related matters
- Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email
- Perform general front desk and administrative duties
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems efficiently
- Basic office and administrative skills
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Meticulous, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation
- Hourly pay: $18 – $22, based on experience
