What You'll Be Doing: Assist residents with routine administration of medications Order, receive, and take inventory of medications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medication cart Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the clinical team Qualifications: Medication Aide Certificate required for the state Associate''s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school At least one year of experience as a Medication Technician Valid CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Personal or professional experience in memory care or with individuals living with Alzheimer's or dementia preferred Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
