About the Role: Join T K Machining Inc as a fulltime Milling Machinist in Waterboro, ME, where precision meets passion! This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment while contributing to high-quality machining projects.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for machining tasks.
Monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety protocols.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machining issues as they arise.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a milling machinist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of machining tools and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in machining.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
