A sweet family relocating to Lexington this summer is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their two young children (a 4-and-a-half-year-old and a soon-to-be 2-year-old). They are looking for a dependable, nurturing caregiver who will provide engaging, attentive care while supporting the children's development through play, routine, and age-appropriate activities. RequirementsAt least 21 years old Non-smoker
CPR / First Aid certified preferred
3+ years of relevant childcare experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable managing allergies & asthma
ResponsibilitiesChildcare• Maintain daily routines, including naps, meals, snacks, dressing, diapering, bathroom assistance, and hygiene
• Engage the children in age-appropriate play and learning activities that encourage curiosity and development
• Support social development by arranging playdates and helping build friendships
• Safely transport the children to and from school, activities, and outings
Child-Related Household Tasks• Wash bottles and children’s dishes
• Children’s laundry
• Keep children’s bedrooms, play areas, and eating spaces clean and organized
• Monitor and restock child-related supplies as needed
Additional Household Support (During School/Nap Time)• General tidying of shared living spaces
• Unload the dishwasher and occasional trash removal
• Light meal preparation, primarily for the children, with occasional family meal prep
• Family laundry

Position DetailsLocation: Lexington
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–6:30 PM (35 hours guaranteed)
Start Date: Early August
Hourly Rate: $34–$38 per hour BOE; taxes withheld
