A warm, welcoming family in Needham is seeking a long-term, live-out, full-time Nanny to care for their sons, one who will turn 3 years old in December and a 5-month-old. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced caregiver who enjoys balancing infant care with an active toddler schedule. The family is looking for someone who is nurturing, energetic, and excited to become a valued part of their home for years to come.
Requirements- At least 21 years old
- Non-smoker
- CPR / First Aid certified
- 3+ years of professional childcare experience, including infant and toddler experience
- TDAP vaccination required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities- Providing full-time care for the infant while the older child attends preschool
- School drop-off and pickup Monday-Thursday
- Caring for both children on Fridays
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings, and local adventures
- Transporting the children to activities, including weekly swim lessons
- Preparing meals and snacks for the children
- Children's laundry, bottles, dishes, and light housekeeping related to the children
- Helping keep common living spaces tidy and assisting with light household tasks when time allows
About the Family
This is a warm, welcoming family that values kindness, communication, and building a strong long-term relationship with their nanny. Mom works from home several days each week in a separate workspace, allowing the nanny autonomy throughout the day. The children's grandparents live in a private in-law suite within the home and may occasionally share common spaces such as the kitchen, while respecting the nanny's role and day-to-day responsibilities. The family is looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes initiative, and will become a trusted and valued part of their home for years to come.

Position Details- Location: Needham, MA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, with 40 guaranteed hours per week between the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. There may be occasional opportunities for up to 5 additional hours of overtime.
- Start Date: ASAP, with full-time hours beginning around September 21
- Hourly Rate: $34-$40/hour BOE; taxes withheld
- Driving Required: Yes; family vehicle available for on-the-job driving
- Travel: Occasional travel welcomed but not required
