About the role
We are looking for a full-time NP or PA to serve as a core provider in our DTLA clinic. This role is central to patient care delivery and practice growth.
What you'll do
Patient Care
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care, screenings, and routine exams
- Prescribe medications within scope
Patient Experience
- Deliver inclusive, culturally competent care
- Build strong patient relationships and trust
Collaboration
- Work closely with supervising physician and care team
- Coordinate care across services and departments
Documentation
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Utilize modern tools to improve efficiency
Practice Growth
- Contribute to patient retention and satisfaction
- Support new programs and service expansion
Qualifications
- Active California NP or PA license
- Primary care experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ patients strongly preferred
