Job Description:
Synergy Care is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for Carriage House Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Sulphur Springs, TX. This position offers a supportive team environment and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation
