Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a top healthcare provider in Fargo, ND to hire a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT to join a collaborative and supportive team while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic clinical setting. Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages
  • Provide individualized therapy to improve patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
  • Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery and daily living activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
  • Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification
