Product Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Aveda products and retail experience in Aveda salons or experience centers.
Communication & CollaborationInterpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for student counseling and performance reporting.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work with management on curriculum evaluation and program improvements.
RequirementsExperience & Educational BackgroundRequired: High school diploma, cosmetology school graduate.
Preferred: Graduate of an Aveda Institute, prior teaching or training experience in the beauty industry.
Requirements:Includes daytime and evening hours
Must be available on Saturdays
