Responsibilities:
- Manage services for high-quality patient care and an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement regional and company goals.
- Develop and execute clinic-specific goals in line with the organization's direction.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient care, clinical protocols, and outcomes.
- Lead and manage clinic staff to promote a collaborative, compliant work environment.
- Effectively manage the budget for resource optimization and financial sustainability.
- Ensure full provider coverage to meet patient demand and maintain service capacity.
Qualifications:
- Previous oral health experience required
- Orthodontic experience preferred
- Professional verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients, parents, doctors, and team members
